What is It?

 It is a marketing plan where we will guarantee that we can get you home sold  in 90 days or less or you will be credited $1000 cash in escrow when your does sell.

 How does it work?

 Your home must qualify, and the pricing strategy must be agreed upon by both you and Steve. Since establishing the current market value of any home is not an exact science, facts of record will be used as the most reliable guideline in establishing a pricing strategy that results in attaining the highest possible price the current market will bear.

 Once the marketing price has been determined, the 90 day period will begin four days after the listing agreement was signed. This allows four days for Steve and his staff of professionals to complete the required forms, etc. for the North West MLS and have a property flyer prepared.

 What makes you think this will work and how do you know this isn't just a new way for an agent to get a listing?

First of all, Steve never takes a listing unless he is sure that two items are present: first, that the seller actually has the motivation to sell, and second, Steve must believe it is a salable property with a realistic price. Otherwise, it's not fair to you or him.
